We have created a platform which allows you to upgrade your membership at any time.  Why not try our free material and only upgrade if you feel it is of value to you?

We offer a variety of payment options through our partnerships with STRIPE and Paypal.

We want you to be happy with the service you receive and we value your feedback to improve the service that we offer.  We are happy to offer a refund for any services that are not delivered to the high standards that we set ourselves.

You can cancel your subscriptions at anytime via your members account page.  On your account page click change password, you will then see an option to cancel your membership. If you are struggling to do this then please get in contact and we can do this for you.  Please be aware that we will not offer refunds for the remainder of the subscription when cancelling.  You will continue to have access to our content until the next billing period.

We are very different to a recruitment agency.  As full time NHS professionals we appreciate the incredible contribution international healthcare professionals make to the UK healthcare system.  We have created this platform to invest in the professional development of individuals and allow them to achieve their career objectives.  We do however wish to help individuals find jobs that are suitable for their long-term career ambitions.

Our material although primarily aimed at transitioning doctors is relevant to all healthcare professionals.  We are adding new content all the time and if there are any topics you would find useful please let us know!

Question and Answer webinars will be held once a month for premium members.  Regular trial webinars will be held on a variety of topics for trial members. You can access these through your membership dashboard. 

We have created a Forum for you to ask questions that can be answered by our team and the international healthcare professional community.  Membership is required to access the Forum and post content.

We have designed our material to be accessed on all common platforms. Should you find an element of our site is not functioning on your device then please contact us and let us know.  A broadband internet connection is recommended to view our material which requires streaming of video content.
